The airy-plan of living space comprises of a large dining area, with dining table and chairs and is well stocked with books and board games. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa, two armchairs, TV/DVD player, along with a supply of family view DVDs and wood burner for these cooler evenings.
Kitchen & Garden facilities A compact kitchen contains sink, gas hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and electric kettle and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and everything required for preparing meals.
Guests have full use of both gardens, small pool and BBQ. Guest are welcome to pick as much produce as available in season.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one double bedroom and one with twin beds, both with original shuttered windows, one looking onto the garden and one onto the lane at the side of the house. There is also a bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet on this floor. Bed linen and towelling supplied.
