On the ground floor, you entre in to a lounge (15m2) which opens to a dining room (14m2) with fire place and wood burner. There is a small hallway to the kitchen (14m2) with a double sink, and a utility room with the hot water tank, hand basin, toilet and plumbing for washing machine.
