La Maison Glass, is situated in the village of Bussiere Poitevine, just off the main N147 linking Poitiers and Limoges. (Both with direct flights to the UK)
Flying - Well the easy way is to fly into either Poitiers or Limoges airport and hire a car. We can pick you up from the airport for an agreed fee which covers our time and fuel costs. Let us know what time your flight gets in and we will be there to meet you.
From Caen (about 5to 6 hours) Follow the A28 south towards Alencon and then to Le Mans (A28) Continue on the A28 to join the A10 to Tours. Follow the A10 Chatellerault to Poitiers. Take the N147 from Poitiers to Limoges. Bussiere Poitevine is sign posted 40 minutes from Poitiers. Take the first left into Bussiere Poitevine then take a right just before the Bus Shelter and Information sign, follow the road to the top, in front of you will see the restaurant de La Poste, turn left, passing the Post office (la Poste) on your right. We are the next house on the right.
From Dover/Calais or Boulogne (about 7 to 8 hours) Follow A16 to Amiens (Paris) Paris A3 (Keep following the sign to Bordeaux A86) Head for the A10 to Charters, then towards Orleans. From Orleans change to the A71 towards Vierzon and on to the A20. Follow the A20 to Chateauroux and Limoges. TAKE junction 23 (N145) to Magnac Laval (D942). Continue on the D942 to Le Dorat and onto Bussiere Poitevine. Take a left by the Bus Shelter and Information sign, follow the road to the top, in front of you will see the restaurant de La Poste, turn left, passing the Post office (la Poste) on your right. We are the next house on the right.
These directions are very brief but we are not difficult to find.
